IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT - 13th August 2023
MANHUNT 22ND EDITION WORLD FINAL.

I recently travelled to Vietnam as I was very concerned by the slow progress being made on their delivery of our 22nd Edition World Final, which was scheduled to be held there 2nd December 2023.

On arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, it became very clear that my concerns were indeed warranted and things were not progressing as we’d been led to believe. The main person responsible for bringing the World Final to Vietnam was very sick and I was told in need of life-saving surgery. Furthermore, I was advised no sponsors had been confirmed, including official accommodation or the host World Final location.

My experience told me that there was no prospect they could meet the deadlines we had set, and also deliver the high standards we seek at Manhunt International. On top of all this and to make things more difficult the biggest event in our industry Miss Universe announced their 2023 World Final will be held in November, which is almost same time as our planned start date; and as we all know the international media will be heavily focused on this event two to three weeks out from their final to be held in El Salvador.

Taking all this into consideration, I decided it was not possible to host the 22nd Edition World Final in Vietnam as originally planned and made the decision to relocate to another country and postpone till May 2024 the World Final (and after Chinese New Year), which is only a relatively short delay, so that we can present an exceptional 30th Anniversary Manhunt World Final.

Now the exciting news. I can confirm today that our 22nd Edition World Final will now be held in THAILAND from 18 to 17 May 2024. Further details will be released shortly.
